Our
Story

ApeXX Group was created by the women behind Eco Simplified Limited - a company based in Richmond, North Yorkshire that helped thousands of low‑income households access free heating and energy efficiency upgrades through government schemes.

As those schemes come to an end, our mission continues.

We founded ApeXX Group to build something broader, deeper and meaningful: a holistic support organisation that meets people where they are and helps them navigate real‑world challenges from warmth and energy to food, health, clothing and essential household needs.

We are 100% Employee Owned

As of 14th May 2025, the company transferred into an 100% Employee-Owned Trust.

As an Employee-Owned Trust (EOT) our employees own 100% of the company, meaning they have a say in how we work, and a stake in the business, rewarding them for their hard-work, dedication, and contributions.

At ApeXX Group, employee ownership is about empowerment, collaboration, and shared responsibility. Each team member has the opportunity to contribute ideas, influence decisions and help shape the future of the company.
